We've reviewed your decision to leave and, frankly, it doesn't suit us. Who's going to exchange that look across the room when a meeting becomes another meeting? Who'll confirm that the email we want to send is career-ending and help us remove the word idiot? You can't build years of mutual eye-rolling and then wander off because someone offered you prospects. It's terribly selfish.
