You say you're easy-going, which is interesting for a man with rules about where the teaspoons live. Every journey needs an early start, every repair needs a second trip to the shop and every comfortable chair requires your immediate presence. You can turn a simple question into a forty-minute explanation involving a bloke you used to work with. Yet when something goes wrong, you're still the person we want to call.
