Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl. She's arrived with tiny fingers, perfect little toes and a management style best described as immediate escalation. You once had plans for your day. Adorable. She'll decide when you eat, when you sleep and whether that clean top survives the next six minutes. Her diary is packed with drinking milk, inspecting a lampshade and expressing serious concerns about being put down. Meanwhile, you've become a highly trained support team capable of discussing nappies over dinner without losing your appetite. Nobody mentioned that in the welcome pack.
