THE STRAIGHT VERSION
No tiny-print ambush.
- Membership is free.
- 5% applies to Ladybug cards and eligible full-price home balloons.
- Commercial work, delivery, installation, hire and sale items are excluded.
- The discount cannot be combined with another offer.
- Keep It Up is one round per Club email for your first order. Your score earns a single-use 5%, 7%, 10%, 12% or 15% reward, valid for seven days. It replaces the usual 5%, with the same product exclusions.
- Birthday reminders are part of Birthday Club and can be stopped by leaving the Club or asking us to remove them.
- We store month and day for reminders — not year of birth or age.
- Marketing emails are separate and optional. You can stop them at any time.
- You can use your membership without signing up for email offers.
